The committee shall collaborate with the City to investigate concerns raised by the Tatlock neighborhood residents and propose solutions to address those concerns. The committee shall meet monthly for the duration of 2025 and meet on an ad hoc basis thereafter. The committee shall provide a monthly report to the Common Council at the first business meeting, starting the month following the first meeting.
