Affordable Housing Committee

The Affordable Housing Committee formulates recommendations to the city and Planning Board as to the best plan for Summit which can then be embodied in a housing element and fair share plan and presented to the public for input. Formerly named Mt. Laurel COAH Regulations Subcommittee. Formerly known as Mt. Laurel Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) Regulations Review Committee.
