City offices will be closed on Monday, May 27. May 27 is a parking holiday in Summit with no fees required for on-street parking or parking in municipal lots and garages. Mayor Fagan's office hours on May 27 are cancelled.

Trash collection is unaffected, but recycling collection will operate on a modified schedule for the week of Monday, May 27, through Friday, May 31. There is no recycling on Monday, May 27, and all collections for the week will be picked up the next day. Monday collection moves to Tuesday, May 28, Tuesday collection moves to Wednesday, May 29, and so on, ending with Friday collection moving to Saturday, June 1.

Recycling items should be placed at the curb by 6AM the morning of residents' pickup, or the night before. Summit residents should use the SeeClickFix app or the Report a Concern module on the city website to report missed pickups.

More information on recycling is available at cityofsummit.org/recycling.
