[ARCHIVED] Residents to Renew Annual Parking and Transfer Station Permits by October 31

Effective now through October 31, Summit residents are required to renew annual parking and Transfer Station permits online. Permits are required by the City of Summit for residents to park in municipal parking lots and garages and to use Municipal Transfer Station on 40 New Providence Ave.

The deadline to renew annual permits is October 31, 2023. New permits will be valid from November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. 

To begin the renewal process, all registered permit holders will receive an email by Wednesday, October 4, with instructions and a link to the permit system webpage. Registered permit holders with an existing online account may renew a permit online at https://summit.gtechna.net/permit-portal/login.xhtml. Further step-by-step instructions are also available in the “Help” section of the online portal.
