In light of the temporary closure of the upper levels of the Tier Garage, Common Council introduced an ordinance at the September 3 meeting to convert non-resident commuter parking spaces in the Broad Street Garage to employee and resident permit parking, and some visitor parking on Deforest Ave to employee permit parking.
Provided below is a graphic outlining the proposed changes. The hearing for this ordinance will be held at the September 16 meeting; residents are invited to attend and share their thoughts during the hearing.
