Please be advised: The top two levels of the Tier Garage are temporarily closed following an evaluation by third-party structural engineers. Their assessment identified water penetration and surface deterioration on the upper deck that requires further investigation and repair.
Engineers have confirmed that the lower two levels remain safe and open for public use. However, out of an abundance of caution, the upper levels will stay closed while a full structural review is completed and any necessary repairs are made.
The extent of the repairs and the timeline for reopening are still being determined. We appreciate your patience and will share updates as more information becomes available.

In addition to the long-term permit parking lots, all day employee permit parking is also available at any green bagged street meter. A valid prepayment or a daily payment made via Parkmobile zone 1840 is required.
