[ARCHIVED] Mayor Radest and Chief Zagorski address safer driving and pedestrian practices

This letter was written prior to a 10-year-old Summit boy being injured in a crosswalk on his way to school on Friday 2/3. Thankfully he was not critically injured but please let this serve as a reminder that we need to look out for others at all times.
