2. What is important information about sidewalks?

The condition and cleanliness of sidewalks and curbs in front of a building are the responsibility of the property owner. A permit is required for instillation or replacement of curbing, sidewalks, aprons, road openings for utility instillation and connection; and for on site grading and drainage approval.
