BROAD STREET GARAGE CLOSURES
The Broad Street Parking Garage will be closed for routine maintenance from Friday, July 13 at 10PM until Sunday, July 15 at 8 PM. For information on off-street and overnight parking, go to: https://www.cityofsummit.org/214/Overnight-Parking
On Tuesday, July 17 and Wednesday, July 18, Broad Street Garage spaces #272 to #307 and #427 to #471 will be closed during routine garage inspections.

INSTALLATION OF PARKING KIOSKS
Beginning on Monday, July 16 and continuing over the next two weeks, parking kiosks will be installed on the following streets:
• Union Place
• Summit Avenue
• Beechwood Road
• Bank Street
• Maple Street
• Springfield Avenue
• Kent Place Boulevard
• Deforest Avenue
• Norwood Avenue

To complete kiosk installation safely, a small number of spaces will need to be temporarily blocked. Parking staff will be onsite to provide instruction on how to use the new machines or a video tutorial with Mayor Nora Radest is available at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RnXuRf21n3g

INCREASE IN HOURLY PARKING FEES
Beginning on or about July 30, 2018, the new hourly parking fee for all 90-minute on-street spaces will increase to $1 for 60 minutes with the first 15 minutes free. Payment instructions and Parkmobile™ zone information is provided at each kiosk.

DOWNTOWN EMPLOYEE DIGITAL PERMIT RENEWAL
Downtown employees are required to renew annual digital parking permits on or before September 1, 2018. An email reminder has been sent to all current permit holders. Parking Services staff is available at City Hall on Monday to Thursday from 8AM to 4:30PM and Friday from 8AM to 1PM to provide assistance or call 908-522-5100.
