Due to inclement winter weather and dangerous travel conditions, City of Summit offices are closing at 2PM on Thursday, January 4.

Recycling collection has been postponed and will resume on Friday, January 5. Please remove containers from the curb today and replace curbside on Friday morning by 6AM.

The Thursday, January 4 Common Council re-organization meeting is being rescheduled for Monday, January 8 at 7:30PM. Reception for new and outgoing council members will begin at 7PM.

Please avoid all non-essential travel and check on your neighbors during this time of extreme cold. As soon as possible, clear sidewalks and fire hydrants.
