Please be advised: Common Council recently passed an ordinance that changes the parking regulations on the upper levels of the Tier Garage (Lot 12). Effective immediately, Summit residents with valid permits can park in the upper levels for commuting purposes with a daily payment of $4 or a valid parking prepayment.

Please note, this change only applies to the upper levels of the Tier Garage. The ground level remains time-restricted for paid shopper parking.
