10/22/2024—Eric Picado, 52, of Summit was arrested and charged with improper behavior and maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Picado was processed and released with a pending court date.

10/22/2024—Daniel Dougherty, 42, of Portland, Maine, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mr. Dougherty was processed and released with a pending court date.

10/23/2024—At 0510 hours a report was taken for a theft that occurred at a Garden Road residence. The victim stated at 0410 hours on 10/23/2024 an unknown male actor was observed on surveillance camera taking an item off the property before vacating the area. The item in question was a Halloween decoration valued at $1.

10/23/2024—At 0908 hours a report was taken for a theft that occurred at a Garden Road residence. The victim stated at 0416 hours on 10/23/2024 an unknown male actor was observed on surveillance camera taking an Amazon package before vacating the area. The total value of the item(s) stolen was approximately $36.

10/25/2024—Ana Mora, 44, of Summit was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Ms. Mora was processed and released with a pending court date.

10/25/2024—Irena Bairova, 53, of Summit was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Ms. Bairova was processed and released with a pending court date.

10/28/2027—At 0949 hours a report was taken for a theft that occurred at a Milton Avenue residence. The victim stated that sometime during the overnight hours on 10/26/2024 an unknown individual stole the catalytic converter to their 2002 Honda CRV. The monetary value of the converter was not provided.

10/29/2024—Joshua Baltimore, 33, of Irvington was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of South Orange. Mr. Baltimore was processed and released with a pending court date.

10/30/2024—At 0209 hours a report was taken for a stolen bicycle left unsecured at the Summit Village Green. The victim stated that on 10/29/2024 they left their bicycle in the grassy area and upon return the bicycle was no longer there. Taken was a black Kryptonite bicycle, valued at $60.

10/31/2024—At 1349 hours a report was taken for a theft that occurred at a Briant Parkway residence. The victim stated sometime during the overnight hours an unknown individual stole a yard sign located in the front lawn. The total amount of the theft is approximately $1.

11/01/2024—John Murray, 58, of Summit was arrested and charged with inconvenient annoyance, open container, and resisting arrest. Mr. Murray was processed and released with a pending Superior Court date.

11/02/2024—Andriy Blyednov, 48, of Summit was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and contempt of court. Mr. Blyednov was processed and transported to Union County Jail.

11/03/2024—Adrian Angus, 42 of Vauxhall was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Union. Mr. Angus was processed and released with a pending court date.

11/03/2024—Manuel Moz-Diaz, 25, of East Orange arrested and charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, criminal mischief, burglary, and harassment. Mr. Moz-Diaz was processed and transported to Essex County Jail.
