Summit Police Department received a report of a burglary and car theft from an Iris Road residence that occurred on Friday morning, June 14, 2024. At approximately 4:19AM the suspect gained entry to the home by removing a screen from a first floor window. The suspect stole a wallet, laptop, and key fob to a BMW X-7 that was parked in the driveway. They proceeded to use the key fob to start and drive away from the residence in the vehicle. The residents were home and asleep at the time of the incident.
