The City of Summit's third annual Juneteenth event will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024, from 5PM to 9PM on the Village Green, located at 356 Broad Street in Summit. This free event is open to all members of the public.

The event will feature music and entertainment beginning at 5PM, including face painting, bounce houses, and music from DJ Sincredible. At 6PM, the Juneteenth flag raising will be held, followed by a presentation by keynote speaker Kirk Johnson. The Eddie Belton Band will perform a concert from 8PM to 9PM. The event will also feature food trucks, non-profit displays, activities, games and more.
