Two members of the Summit Fire Department were promoted at the Tuesday, March 5, Common Council meeting. Summit Mayor Elizabeth Fagan, MD, performed the swearings-in at the meeting.

Lieutenant Brian Harnois was promoted to the rank of Battalion Chief and Firefighter Brian Tavis was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Congratulations to both and thank you for your continued service to the Summit community.
