Within the last 30 Minutes, three dark-skinned males in a Blue BMW X3 with NY license plates were observed trying to steal a license plate from a vehicle parked on Edgewood Road. Suspects aborted the attempt when they were interrupted by the homeowner, returned to their vehicle and fled towards Springfield Avenue.
