The Summit Police Department is hosting a senior self-defense class for women ages 61 and older on Monday, October 16, at 1PM at the Summit Community Center, located at 100 Morris Avenue. The class will provide valuable information for women on how to stay safe and protect themselves in dangerous situations. Participants will learn practical self-defense techniques that can be used in real-life scenarios. The class is designed for all fitness levels.

To sign up, call 908-277-2932 or email gmasterfano@cityofsummit.org by October 12. There is no cost for the program, but space is limited. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
