New recycling changes and collection schedule effective Friday, July 1

Please be advised:

The new recycling changes and collection schedule go into effect on Friday, July 1, 2022.

Pickup will now occur five days a week, on the same day as residents’ weekly trash collection. The trash collection schedule is available on the city website at https://www.cityofsummit.org/DocumentCenter/View/155/Garbage-Routes-PDF-?bidId.

There is a modified schedule for the week of 7/4/22 due to the Fourth of July holiday. Pickup will be pushed back one day every day that week.
