PSE&G will be performing milling and paving operations on Ruthven Place and Hobart Avenue following recent utility work in the street. Ruthven Place will be paved curb-to-curb and Hobart Avenue will be paved from the middle of the street to the curb on the north side of the street. Milling will occur on Friday 4/15 and paving will occur on Monday 4/18 for both streets; work will be performed between 8AM and 3:30PM. Summit Police will be onsite to assist with traffic control. Access for emergency vehicles will be provided at all times. Residents will be informed if they need to park elsewhere during paving operations.
