SUMMIT, N.J. – Effective Monday, November 23, all city offices, including City Hall, will be closed to the public. Citizens are asked to conduct business remotely online or by calling or emailing the department providing the required service. These actions are based on guidance and recommendations from health officials, and will be implemented as the spread of COVID-19 continues to increase in Summit to safeguard the health and well-being of the community and city staff.
