April 16, 2020 - The New Jersey State Department of Health has informed the City of Summit of five new positive cases of the COVID-19 coronavirus in Summit, NJ, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 120. The Westfield Regional Health Department continues to conduct contact tracing for all reported cases.

Governor Phil Murphy announced earlier today that public schools will remain closed through at least May 15.
