City Office Holiday Schedules

City offices will open on Fri 12/13 at 10AM. Parking will close at 1PM on Fri 12/13. Health Dept will close on Wed 12/18 from 11:30AM to 3:15PM. Finance/Tax Dept will close on Wed 12/18 at 2PM. Community Services will close on Thurs 12/19 at 2PM.

Winter storm guidelines

During winter storms, please stay off roads for all but essential trips, do not push snow into road, treat sidewalks and remove snow within 24 hours of end of storm. If possible, clear around fire hydrants and a path for crews to access garbage cans.

Sanitary sewer line inspections in southwest Summit begin December 2

Beginning 12/2 for approx two weeks, city will complete jet cleaning and video inspection of sanitary sewer lines on parts of Rotary Drive and Ashland Road, and portions of Division Ave and Colt Road in southwest Summit. Roads open to traffic during work.

Common Council requested an engineering study on grading, drainage, and structural design for entire length of proposed Park Line. Study will include an environmental investigation and address comments and feedback received during public outreach.
