Summit Police Department is requesting donations of the following non-perishable items: one pound bags of rice and dried beans, cans of tuna, salmon, chicken and beef, baby wipes and diapers sizes four to six, disinfectant cleaning products and wipes, shampoo, soap and body wash, toothbrushes and toothpaste, paper towels and toilet paper.

The Liberty Group of Berkeley Heights will transport donated items to Cornog Field House at Memorial Field in Summit for distribution to the more than 500 families that Grace Pantry feeds on Tuesdays each week. All volunteers will use personal protective equipment (PPE), wearing a face covering and gloves while collecting and distributing donated goods.
