The City of Summit issues public notifications and advertisements about all projects over a bid threshold of $17,500 as required by state contract law.   

bid SPECS AVAILABLE FOR PARKING REVENUE ACCESS CONTROL EQUIPMENT

The City is seeking bid proposals for Revenue Access Control Equipment for three parking lots on DeForest Avenue, in Summit, NJ (better know as Park & Shop Lots 1, 2, and 3).

Bid documents must be obtained at the Parking Services Agency, City Hall, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ 07081 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Bids to be received by Tuesday, May 22, 2012 no later than at 11 AM.

Once specifications are received by a vendor, any questions relative to the specifications must be submitted in writing either by email to parking@cityofsummit.org or by fax 908-273-2977.
