MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT

- Pay your parking or traffic ticket on line through NJMCdirect. Payment hours available are: MON-THURS 7:30AM - 11:45PM, FRI 7:30AM - 11:00PM and SAT 7:30AM - 4:00PM. There is an additional fee added to the traffic ticket penalty amount for this service which is based on the penalty amount of the ticket.
Summit Free Public Library

Animal Control
- The City of Summit has contracted with the Townships of Millburn and Livingston for animal control services. This shared service arrangement involves animal sheltering provided by the Township of Livingston and animal control provided by the Township of Millburn. The Summit Police Department will coordinate with the Townships of Millburn and Livingston for animal control services. Please contact the Summit Police Department at 908-273-0051 for animal control services.
